She was predeceased by: her parents, H. H. Boone (Bud) and Ruby Byers Boone; and her siblings, David Boone, Opal Boone and Diane Scott.
She is survived by: her husband James C. Purcell (Jim); her children, Allen Tabor (Kelly), James H. Tabor and Tracey Fulkerson (GW); her grandchildren, Shelby Collins (Grant), Seth Elmore (Katie Anderson) and Sophia Blanton (Brad); and her great grandchild Henry Bennett Blanton.
