She was predeceased by: her parents, Donnie Earl Lacefield and Brenda Hatfield Loney; her grandson James Earl Thomas Smiley; her stepfather Tom Loney, Sr.; and her brother Ricky Lacefield.
She is survived by: her husband John Meredith; her children, Tiffany Stevenson (Andy Johnson), Morgan Stevenson and Robert Tyler "Lilman" Wells (Tiffany); her siblings, Sara Loney Green (Aaron) and William Thomas Loney, Jr.; her stepmother Brenda Lacefield; and her grandchildren, Isabella Reneigh Dennis (Izzy) and Robert Ryver Blake Wells.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Church of Joy (100 Schoolhouse Rd, Leitchfield, KY 42754). A memorial service was held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
