He is survived by: his parents, Matthew Thurner (Molly) and Phyllis Sandlin Cassady (Alex); his siblings, Kadence, Mackenzie Sandlin, Makenzie Mercer, Ella Webb, Raylee Thurner and Levi Thurner; his grandparents, Lisa, Dwayne Armstrong of Leitchfield, Roy, Tonia Thurner of Cincinnati, Ohio, Holly, Tom Hazelrigg of Leitchfield, Leland and Tammy Sandlin of Leitchfield; his stepgrandparents, Mike and Michelle Cassady of Bowling Green; and his aunt Amanda Milliner (Gavin). He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
