It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Omer Ray Higdon of Leitchfield, Kentucky, born in Grayson, Kentucky, who passed away on November 5, 2022, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Joseph Ray; his wife Charlene Stinnett Higdon; and his sister Mary Mudd. He is survived by: his son Billy Joe Higdon; his brother Willie Higdon; his nephew Jeff Parker; and his nieces, Amber Mihm and Ashley Sparks.
