He was predeceased by: his parent Gifford Lowe; his granddaughter Matalyn Lowe; and his brother Charles Lowe. He is survived by: his children, Tom Lowe (Tina) of Scotland Neck, NC and Rebecca Wyatt (Damian) of Franklin, TN; his grandchildren, Lindsey Lowe, Audrianna Wyatt and Alayna Wyatt; his stepsons, Jeff Bratcher and Jimmy Bratcher (Teresa); and his brothers, Richie Lowe of Bardstown and Jim Lowe of Bardstown. He is also survived by three step-grandchildren; six step great-grandchildren.
