He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul William Frank Sr. and Dorothy Lorraine Tuchscherer Frank; and his siblings, Vicky Frank and John Ray Frank. He is survived by: his sons, Phillip Frank of Leitchfield and Chad Frank (Devon) of Leitchfield; his grandchildren, Drew, Cheza, Brylie, Chase, Stiles, Emylie, Laina and Kali; his great grandchild Lily; and his siblings, Larry Frank (Penny) of Rineyville, KY, Shelia Cannon (Alton) of Leitchfield, Anita Cottrell of Leitchfield and Beverly Woosley (Donald) of Florida.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Dermitt Funeral Home (306 W Main St, Leitchfield, KY 42755). A memorial service was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
