He was predeceased by: his parents, Loyd Decker and Sandra Judson Decker; and his grandparents, Green Berry Decker and Clara Mae Bryant Decker. He is survived by: his close friend Debra Decker; his brother Eugene Decker (Betty); his sons, Luke Decker (Rachel McMahan) and Cole Decker (Tracie Perez); his granddaughter Hazel Decker; and his nephew Joe Decker.
