He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Paulley and Dorothy Woods Paulley; his brothers, Oscar Paulley Jr. and Frank Paulley; and his son-in-law Daniel Polston.
He is survived by: his wife Fonda Newkirk Paulley; his children, Trisha Polston (Darin), Ellen Paulley (Ron) and Phillip R. Paulley, Jr.; his grandchildren, Kendall Polston, Phillip Paulley III, Connor Priest and Aggie Paulley; and his siblings, Betty Miller (Dave), Shelia Pollard, Eddie Paulley (Yvonne) and Jerry Paulley (Sherry).
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 22nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Clarkson Baptist Church (5115 Elizabethtown Rd, Clarkson, KY 42726). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 22nd 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
