He is survived by: his wife Patty Decker; and his siblings, Shelby Decker (Ruth), Arville Decker (Angela), Damon Decker (Sue), Randall Decker (Debbie), Raymond Decker (Sheila), Marvetta Parks and Rita Duvall. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Rogers Funeral Home (115 W Main St, Clarkson, KY 42726). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
