He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Stevenson and Mary Clark Stevenson; and his siblings, Helen Smith, Jo Ann Pawley, Leonard, Floyd, James and Robert Stevenson.
He is survived by: his wife Nellie Heaverin Stevenson of Leitchfield; his daughters, Beth Stevenson Fowler of Tuscon, AZ, Brenda Stevenson of Leitchfield and Donna Keese (Bryan) of Anchorage, AK; his grandchildren, Garrett, Leigha, Corey, James "Jay" and Haleigh; and his siblings, Martha Logsdon, Father Tony Stevenson and Pete Stevenson. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
