He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Catherine McGowan Williams and Reuben Sr. Catherine; and his nephew Kenneth Hull. He is survived by: his wife Patty S. Williams; his daughters, Sarah Robin, Shelia Kay and Sheena Denise Williams; his siblings, Carol Roberts (Ronnie), Betty Hull, James and Thomas (Mary Sue); and his brother-in-law Harry Hull. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
