It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rickey Dean Stephens of Leitchfield, Kentucky, who passed away on May 27, 2026, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Keneth Stephens and Flora "Toots" Stephens; his wife Debbie Stephens; and his brothers, Eddie Wayne Stephens and Dennis Ray Stephens.
He is survived by: his children, Chad Stephens, Meredith Becraft, Julie Stephens, Nancy King and Adam Stephens; his grandchildren, Paige, Allison, Ed, Hagen, Macy, Olivia, Greyson, Trevor and Chandler; his great grandchildren, Harper and Axle; and his siblings, Betty Strunk and Wesley Crabtree. He is also survived by numerous brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, and many other dear family members.
