He is survived by: his siblings, Cecil Hodges (Kelly) of Leitchfield, Darlene Lyons (Bobby) of Leitchfield, Judy Cantrell (David) of Somerset, KY, Dorothy Jacobs (Allen) of Leitchfield and Brenda Avenetti (Doug) of Phoenix, AZ.. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
