He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Barlow and Lilly Mae Foster Barlow; his wife Patsy Barlow; and his son Steven Barlow. He is survived by: his daughter Melinda White (Darrell) of Irmo, SC; and his grandchildren, Justin, Jasmine and Austin. He is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren; as well as his extended family.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Dermitt Funeral Home (306 W Main St, Leitchfield, KY 42754). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
