He is survived by: his mother Margie Dennis Portman Hazelwood; his wife Patsy Portman; his children, Dennis Ray Portman (Cheyenne), Chris Grabowski and Chasity Harman; his siblings, Dale Portman, Ray Portman, Cliff Hazelwood, Evelyn Sims (Jerry), Belinda Roof (Larry) and Charolette Angus; his grandchildren, Alexis, Timothy, Paisley, Brennan and Austin; and his great grandchild Maliah. He is also survived by several nephews, nieces, great-nephews and nieces.
