She is survived by: her mother Sarah Noe (Johnson); her husband Stanley; her daughters, Jazmin Vega Velez and Jara Vega Velez (Travis); her stepchildren, Houston Hodge (Martha) and Courtney Collins (Brandon); her grandchildren, Jayla and James; and her siblings, Eva Wanda Noe-Kerr (John), Emily Dotson, Andrea Soto (Jose), Hugh Noe (Patty) and Anthony Noe (Yana). She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
