He is survived by: his wife Peggy Hash Embry of Leitchfield; his daughters, Kelly Woosley (Larry) of Elizabethtown, KY and Tammy Embry of Leitchfield; and his grandchildren, Conner, Logan Kinkade, Katlyn Payne (Jared), Garrett and Hannah Woosley.
