He was predeceased by: his father Robert Kerr; and his grandparents, Wilbur, Magdaline Oller, Lester Kerr and Jenetta Frazier.
He is survived by: his mother Doris Oller Kerr; his wife Nancy Decker Kerr; and his children, Vean Williams and Terri Williams. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and a grandfather.
