He is survived by: his wife Tina Embry Richards; his daughter Mary Kate Elmore (Anthony); his grandchildren, Winnie, Rylee, Jacob and Bowie Elmore; his siblings, Debbie Williams (Cecil), Charles Richards Jr. (Carolyn), Tommy Richards (Elizabeth) and Mike Richards (Renee); his siblings-in-law, Mike Ramsey and Sheena Embry (Robert); and his mother-in-law Laura Embry.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 at 9:00 AM at the Dermitt Funeral Home (306 W Main St, Leitchfield, KY 42754). A funeral service will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 6:30 PM and on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
