He was predeceased by: his parents, Forrest Dwayne Smith and Mary Cook Smith; and his brother Randy Wayne Smith. He is survived by: his wife LuAnn Smith of Lewisburg, KY; his daughters, Jami York (Brett) of Auburn, IL, Julie Holmes (Steven) of Kinmundy, IL and Jenny Brewer (Mike) of Kinmundy, IL; his stepsons, Tony Oliver (Jessica) of Fairfield, IL and Brian Oliver (Geri) of Sims, IL; his siblings, Carol Starnes of Salem, IL, Lisa Smith of Evansville, IN, Eric Smith (Lil) of Centralia, IL and Kevin Smith of Iuka, IL.; and his pets, Chigger and Brandy. He is also survived by 12 grandkids; 10 great grandkids; and many nieces and nephews.
