He is survived by : his wife Donna Wice Chapman; his sons, Scott Chapman of Pleasant Prairie and Gregory Chapman (Jessica) of East Dundee, Illinois; his stepdaughter Carah Boggess (Todd) of Lexington, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Heather Jackson, Sean Chapman, Rachel Chapman and Clay Chapman; his stepgrandchildren, Brenna Lovell and Carter Boggess; his great grandchildren, Drew Jackson, Dylan Jackson and Nolan Jackson; and his sister Mary Elizabeth Chapman.
