He was predeceased by : his parents, Lemuel "Nip" Sipes and Louise Horrell Sipes; his grandson Zackery Wayne Guinn; and his father-in-law Eugene Robbins. He is survived by : his wife Jimmilyn Robbins Sipes; his daughter Victoria "Torie" (Jacob Shivley); his mother-in-law Grace Robbins; his brother-in-law Barry Robbins; and his nephew Oren Robbins.
