He is survived by: his wife Ida Mae; his children, Gary Conner (Paula), Dana Keown (Eddie), Lisa Fulkerson (Mike), Laura Howard, Dale Howard, Julie Ford (Tommy), Amy Pickerill (Keith), Rachael Emmick (Kasey) and Nichole Hagan (Damon); his siblings, Allen Howard (Lenny), Ronnie "Mickey" Howard (Penny), Jerry Howard (Tammy), Ricky Howard, Priscilla Haynes (Frankie), Debbie Schofield and Sue Henderson (Bob); and his sister-in-law Sandra Howard.
