He was predeceased by: his parents, James Taylor Fallin and Irene Holder Fallin; and his brothers, Bobby Fallin and Jim Fallin. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia "Cindi" Rodgers; his children, Amanda Fallin-Bennett (Keisa) of Lexington, Jay Fallin (Allison) of Owensboro and Tyler Fallin (Julie Pfeiffer) of Lexington; his grandsons, Andrew, Simon, Benjamin, Alexander and William; his sisters, Rita Tongate (Bruce) of Lewisport and Sarah Nikirk (Harold) of Lexington; and his sisters-in-law, Alice Fallin and Sharon Fallin. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
In lieu of flowers, Mike's family asks for donations to the Lewisport Lions Club or the Lewisport Cemetery Board.
