He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Paul and Phyllis Dean Foreman Brown; and his siblings, Tonya Brown, Paul Anthony and Charles David Brown.
He is survived by: his wife Wonda Gae Cissna Brown; his children, Chelsea Dean Cissna Brown and Jeff Gilmore; his grandson Tucker Gilmore; his great grandchild Stetson Reid Frye; his stepsons, Kyle Cail and Brad Cail; his stepgrandchildren, Hadleigh Cail, Layne Cail, Rhett Cail, Trenton Cail and Lucas Cail; and his sisters, Shannon Bormann (Brian), Melany Autry (Mike), Tina Brown, Veletta Brown and Gina Burk. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Gibson & Son Funeral Home (315 Caroline St, Lewisport, KY 42351). Visitation will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location.
