She was predeceased by: her father Anthony Collins Allison Sr.; and her grandparents, Mose Allison Sr., Maxine Allison, Johnny B. Ray and Elsie Berry Ray.
She is survived by: her mother Berry Ray Allison; her sons, Troy Allred (Taylor) and Matthew Allred; her granddaughter Alice Ann; and her siblings, Ann Trevor Tanous (Eddie) and Anthony Collins Allison, Jr. (Tracy). She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Tates Creek Presbyterian Church (3900 Rapid Run Dr, Lexington, KY 40515). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 4:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Needmore Cemetery.
