He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Sexton and Esta Sexton; his son Timothy Sexton; and his siblings, Jackie Lee Sexton, Bruce Edwin Sexton, Bennett Sexton, Violet Benton, Josie Collins and Barbara Adams.
He is survived by: his grandson Zachary Sexton (Emma); his great grandchildren, Braden Sexton, Madalyn Sexton and Lilah Sexton; his daughter-in-law Cora Sexton; and his siblings, Buddy Dean Sexton, Marvin Sexton and Tishia Mae Collins.
Visitation was held on Saturday, May 16th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM at the Letcher Funeral Home (102 Main St, Whitesburg, KY 41858). A burial was held on Saturday, May 16th 2026 at the Family Cemetery. A funeral service was held on Sunday, May 17th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Letcher Funeral Home (102 Main St, Whitesburg, KY 41858).
