She was predeceased by: her parents, George D. Dorroh and Martha Lesley Nabers Dorroh; her brother George D. Dorroh Jr.; her former husband Bill Survant; her husband Art Ortenburger; and her stepdaughter Anne Shimmel.
She is survived by: her sons, George Survant, Kelly Survant and Greg Survant (Glenda); her grandchildren, John, Tyler, Ben and Mandy Survant; her great grandchild Nessa; her great great grandchild Samuel; her stepchildren, Terry Ortenburger (Chris), Mark Ortenburger (Cathy) and Leigh Davidson (Les); and her friends, Kim Thompson, Nancy Turner, Missie Wood, Hank Graddy and Jeni Shaw of Woodford County.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Pisgah Presbyterian Church, the Woodford County Humane Society, or Building Bureau, Inc., her grandson Tyler's nonprofit architecture company.
