We bid farewell to Anna Hendren (Lexington, Kentucky), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on August 6, 2025 at the age of 96. Anna touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Davis and Graydon Reid; her husband J. C. Hendren; her siblings, Winifred Dutton, retired Air Force T/Sgt. James C. Reid, Billy B. Reid, Paul T. Reid and Scotty Reid; her half-brother Robert D. Reid; and her niece Trudie Jean Metzer.
She is survived by: her daughter Karen L. Hendren of Lexington; her stepdaughter Jackie M. Hendren (Mike) of Vista, CA; her sister Lois Jean Reid of Lexington; and her half-brothers, Francis Kissick Jr. (Jennifer) of Flemingsburg and Jerry Kissick (Paula) of Flemingsburg.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations in Anna's memory to the Lexington Humane Society, Wolf Run Wildlife Refuge, or the Alzheimer's Association.
