She is survived by: her husband Bill Smith; her children, Tonya Woodard (Scott), Jamey Smith (Terry), David Smith (Kelly) and Daniel Smith (Kim); her grandchildren, Tyler Woodard, Tawney Lykins, Blane Smith, Cody Smith, Kody Geers, Tanner Smith, Kasey Woodard, Hannah Smith, Zacharih Woodard, Jose'Chavez, Selina Chavez and Jessiah Woodard; her great grandchild Coleson Lykins; and her siblings, Cathy Dixon (Billy), Rick Morgan (Frankie) and Billie Jo Mills.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 14th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Berea Evangelistic Church (180 Plaza Dr, Berea, KY 40403). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 14th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
