She was predeceased by: her parents, William Lawson and Evadore Tolbert Lawson; and her son Hannibal Ware, III. She is survived by: her son Usamah Salahuddin; and her granddaughters, Ebonie Ware (Molamin Conteh) and Saneda Harris (Jacob). She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren; as well as many beloved nieces and nephews.
