He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Baltzer and Vera Baltzer; his wife Lois Ann Schmidt Baltzer; his son Jeffrey Alan Baltzer; and his brother Kenneth Baltzer.
He is survived by: his daughter Amy Baltzer Thiaville (Randy); his grandchildren, Jacob (Grace), Hunter and Shelby; and his brother-in-law Walter Schmidt (Billie). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to Lee's memory to Little Hickman Christian Church or the Lexington Rescue Mission.
