He was predeceased by: his parents, William Carroll and Maude Carroll. He is survived by: his wife Blanche Frank Carroll; his children, Donna Lohr (Ric), Ronald Carroll (Jackie) and Stephen Carroll (Kathy); his grandchildren, Allison Garton (Jackson), Whitney Ely (Evan), Daniel Lohr (Gretchen), RJ Carroll (Paige), Mason Carroll, Jack Carroll, Beau Carroll (Jess) and Samuel Carroll; his great grandchildren, Miles Ely, Caroline Ely, Eastin Carroll and Crew Carroll; and his siblings, Jimmy Carroll and Joanne Harmon.
