He is survived by: his wife Dinah Dunaway; his children, Sheila Wheeler (Eric), Luvenia Dunaway, Angela Chappell and Billy Joe Dunaway Jr.; his grandchildren, Ashley, Trista, Brittany, Erica, Stephanie, Brandon, Dustin, Larry and Leslie; and his brothers, Fred, Virgil and Gary. He is also survived by twenty-five great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren.
