He is survived by: his significant other Patricia "Pat" Smith; his children, Christopher Verhoven (Cecily), Kevin Verhoven (Kara) and Ashley Smith; his grandchildren, Karson, Cole, Kaeli, Lee, Olivia, Lora Paige, Connor and Kenley; his great grandchild Colton; and his siblings, Tommy, Gary, David, Sharon, Rocky, Cleve, Terry and Nancy.
