He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Neice and Margaret Neice; and his brother Thomas Neice. He is survived by: his sister-in-law Barbara Neice; his daughter Tiki Marie Shroll; his nieces, Margaret "Frog" Neice (J. C. Warren), Angela Starr and Gypsy Franklin; and his brother Harry Dewayne Coffer. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, great-nephews, and great-nieces.
