He is survived by : his parents, Billy Underwood and MaryLee Underwood (Perry) of Lexington; his great-grandparents, Flossie Perry and Dr. H. A. Perry of Whitley City; his stepgreat-grandmother Genell Newton of Campbellsville; and his aunts, Stephanie Raines (Joe) of Corbin and Melanie Casada (Mike) of Whitley City.
