He was predeceased by: his parents, Marilyn Powell (Thompson) and Charles H Powell. He is survived by: his siblings, Lynn and James; his wife Patsy Bowman; his children, Kathy Palino-Powell of St Lucie, FL, Michelle Durbin of Georgetown, KY, Charles Powell (Chuck) of Okeechobee, FL and Patricia Forbes of St Augustine, FL.; his grandchildren, Victoria, Nikki, Joeseph, Bryan, Cherise, Joseph, Jonathan, Ashley, Joshua and Stephen; and his pet Sophie. He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, May 25th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Milward Funeral Directors (391 Southland Dr, Lexington, KY 40503). A masonic service was held on Sunday, May 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
