He is survived by: his son Zach Chapman; his significant other Brian Lawrence; his grandchildren, Carson and James Waymire; the mother of his child Jo Ann Chapman; and his siblings, Susan (Steve), Ruth (David), Christie (Michael), Cathleen, Jane (Joe), Evie, Patty and Steve (Debbie). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
