She was predeceased by: her parents, Tracey L. Elmore and Anna Sue Hurt; her siblings, Justin Spaulding and Jessica Faye Garland; her grandparents, John Phillip Elmore, Connie Sue Elmore, Clarence Hurt and Maxine Hurt; her nieces and nephews, Travin Scott McVey, Jessie Gregory Southers, Savannah McVey and Elouise Southers; and her great-uncle Taylor Profitt.
She is survived by: her adoptive mother Jeanine Spaulding; her children, Justin Hurt, Nathen Carter Dewayne and Fantaija Jane Sue Neace; and her siblings, Nathaniel Patrick, Johnny Hurt, Nathaniel Hurt, Jessie Garland, Kevin McVey, Jonathon Garland, Felicia Southers, Tracey Profitt and Chasidy Spencer. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Deaton Funeral Home Chapel (15 Deaton Ln, Jackson, KY 41339).
