He was predeceased by: his parents, Dale Kendrick and Ethel Kendrick; and his sisters, Brenda Crim and Judy Mullins. He is survived by: his children, Timothy Kendrick and Talia Brush; and his siblings, Tommy Kendrick and Janie Knapp. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
