He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Binnie Louise Helton McMahan and William Paul McMahan Sr.; his brother William McMahan (Candy); his nephew Derek McMahan (Lorraine); his niece Samantha McMahan Mallory (Ben); and his close friend Renee Larmour.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be directed in David's name to the Kentucky Humane Society.
