He was predeceased by: his parents, David Couchman and Virginia Miner Couchman; his son Kirt Robert Couchman; and his sisters, Jane Ausdemore and Annie Beyers.
He is survived by: his sons, Perry Couchman, Todd Couchman and Lee Couchman; and his grandsons, David Couchman and Tyler Cox. He is also survived by four great grandchildren.
