He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Hager and Lula Hager. He is survived by: his children, Laura B. (Les), David E. Hager II (KY), Louis R. Hager (KY) and Amy R. Meyers (FL); and his grandchildren, Jason Halls, Matthew Halls (Kayla), Kelsey Halls, Spencer Halls (Sandy), Phil Hager (Lana), Hunter Hager, Claire Banderoff (Conrad), Sean Hager, Brandon Hager, Kathleen Hager, Joe Vidal (Katie) and Mandy Shea (Dan). He is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren.
