He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion Frederick and Lona Kirst Frye; his brothers, Fred "Fritz" and Paul; and his sister-in-law Judy.
He is survived by: his wife Paula; his children, David (Billianne Withers) and Katie Curtsinger (Bryce); his granddaughter Eleanor Curtsinger; his sister-in-law Barbara; his nephew Mike (Shirley); his niece Lisa Randolph; his great-nephew Tony; and his great-niece Leslie LaFreniere.
