He is survived by: his wife Cathy Haynes; his children, Sara Rodrigues, John David Haynes, Doug Robinson (Michelle) and Jesse Robinson; his siblings, Roger Haynes and Kathi Malakowsky; and his siblings-in-law, Steve Cook, Diana Cook and Ruth Ann Cross. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, extended family members, and countless friends.
