He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Burgess Parker II and Mary Frances Parker; his grandson Colin Parker; and his siblings, Diane and Richard Parker.
He is survived by: his wife Roberta Parker; his children, Heather Tennill (Travis), Dr. David Andrew Parker (Megan) and Aaron Hawkins (Lynn); his grandchildren, Grace, Addie Tennill, Benjamin, Owen Parker, Quentin Hawkins, John Horton and Lydia Thompson; his brother Edward Parker (Connie); his siblings-in-law, Chris Cover, David Fry (Victoria) and Joel Fry (Lisa); and his caregivers, Samantha and Tammi.
