He was predeceased by: his parents, William Lonnie Blevins and Nelle Irene Peterson; and his siblings, Roy, Barkley Blevins, Judy Vaccaro and Mary Lou Malone.
He is survived by: his wife Beverly Kay Orr Blevins; his son Don Blevins, Jr.; his stepchildren, Brad Reefer and April Reefer; his grandchildren, Jodi Slade (Rob), Jacob Blevins, Eli Blevins, Nodin Haight and Michaela Reefer; and his great grandchildren, Orrin and Gracie Slade.
