He is survived by: his stepdaughters, Kathi Rogers (Terry) and Charla Thompson (Max); his stepgrandchildren, Kassidy, Kaden, Barrett, Blake Caudill, Tanner and Cate Thompson of Pikeville; and his nieces and nephews, Ron Mills (Beth) of Lexington, Rhey Mills (Kandice) of Lexington, Rick Mills, Russell Mills, Dr. Michael Mills (Nancy), Virginia, Greg McNeil, Becky Walker, Murray, Cherry Boyles and Maxine Mills.
