Kulka of Owensboro, KY; her sons, Brian Keith Lanham (DeeDee) and Joseph Michael Lanham (Suzanne) of Lexington; her grandchildren, Kayleigh Gossett, Scott Lanham, Michael Lanham (Brooke) and Andrew Lanham; and her great grandchildren, Ethan Duncan, Logan Duncan and Carly Harmon.
